Calvary Chapel Christian School

Working together, ELB supported Calvary Chapel Christian School in the design and implementation of a new library and computer lab. The school wanted to create more modern, functional spaces that would encourage students to spend time in the library and make full and effective use of the computer lab.

In the library, the new shelving units were selected to ensure easy access for all students and to create a more open and inviting space. The shelves are adjustable to accommodate a variety of book sizes and the overall layout is optimized to make browsing for books easier. Comfortable and colorful seating, which ties the design together, completes the room and encourages students to stay. 

In the computer lab, new desks and gaming chairs were installed that were designed to be ergonomic and comfortable for extended periods of use. In addition to standard computing, the space can be used as a gaming or Esports facility, which is very popular amongst students. The layout was optimized for group work.
